Nonotuck Resources Associates (www.nonotuck.com) is a community-based agency providing residential services to people with disabilities since 1972. Just shy of 1,200 people receive Caregiving with Love in either Shared Living or Adult Family Care. Position Overview:

The Marketing Content Specialist will play a key role in enhancing Nonotuck’s storytelling and brand presence. This position combines expertise in videography and photography with a foundational understanding of general marketing support. The ideal candidate will be a creative and flexible professional who can capture high-quality visuals and assist in a variety of marketing tasks, supporting initiatives like social media, recruitment, and brand outreach. This role offers room for growth, as the successful candidate will develop new skills and contribute to expanding Nonotuck's marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography and Photography (50%)

   - Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for use across social media, web, and print materials.

   - Manage photo and video shoots, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and archive visual assets for future use.

   - Assist in developing a robust visual content library to support a wide range of initiatives, from recruitment to community engagement.

Marketing Support (30%)

   - Assist in ordering promotional materials, coordinating swag distribution, and managing inventory.

   - Conduct research and fact-checking as needed to support marketing campaigns.

   - Assist with social media management, including content planning and basic copywriting, to enhance engagement.

 Growth and Development (20%)

   - Opportunity to learn and develop additional skills, such as graphic design, SEO, and content strategy.

   - Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to identify areas of personal growth aligned with future career aspirations.

   - Engage in training or certification opportunities to broaden the skill set, particularly in video production and digital marketing.  

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role, with a portfolio of video and photo work.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.

This role would combine the specialized skills needed for visual storytelling with general marketing capabilities, allowing Nonotuck to expand its reach and impact while providing support across various marketing tasks.
