AI & Data Analytics Manager (Remote in Massachusetts)
Position Overview:
The AI & Data Analytics Manager will harness the power of artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to enhance Nonotuck’s service delivery, improve outcomes, and meet evolving healthcare reporting standards.

Just shy of 1,200 people receive Caregiving with Love in either Shared Living or Adult Family Care. AI & Data Analytics Manager (Full-time, Exempt, Monday – Friday)
Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
AI Integration & Data Automation
- Lead the integration of AI-powered solutions into iCentrix, AFC Home, and other healthcare data systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and predictive analytics.
- Develop and implement automation tools to streamline data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies that align with Nonotuck’s mission and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all AI and automation initiatives comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict data security standards.
- Train and support staff in adapting to AI-enhanced tools and workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and efficiency gains.
Analytics & Data Management
- Develop and maintain data analytics tools and dashboards to track key performance metrics related to service delivery, preventive care, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and operations to define and track the data points required for Value-Based Reimbursement (VBR).
- Build reporting frameworks to measure Nonotuck’s success in:
- Preventive care utilization (e.g., annual physicals, flu shots, wellness visits).
- Avoidance of unnecessary emergency room visits.
- Reduction in hospital readmissions.
- Engagement in care coordination and proactive health interventions.
- Analyze trends and patterns to highlight Nonotuck’s positive outcomes, quality of care, and cost efficiency for reporting to Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
- Ensure data quality and integrity through routine auditing and validation processes.
- Create visualizations, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal leadership and external partners.
- Stay informed on Massachusetts managed care reporting requirements, evolving VBR standards, and best practices in healthcare analytics.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare data management.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms (Python, SQL, or R preferred).
- Knowledge of AI applications in data automation and predictive analytics.
- Experience working with healthcare data systems and understanding regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Project management skills with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Occasional travel to office locations within Massachusetts.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent RMV record (subject to RMV background check).
- Background Check Required.
Preferred:
- Experience with iCentrix, AFC Home, or similar healthcare data platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft products Co-Pilot, Sharepoint, 365 and more.
- Background in nonprofit, human services, or healthcare settings.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and external partners.
- Understanding of Value-Based Reimbursement (VBR) models and Massachusetts managed care requirements.
