Believing in the transformative power of caring for a person in a home-setting, we support individuals through matching them with committed providers who open their hearts and homes to our members as Shared Living Caregivers. We are currently seeking a Shared Living Caregivers for a young man in his 20s who is working toward greater independence. He enjoys a structured weekday routine with staff support, where activities are centered around his interests and passions, particularly theater, dance and music. He is motivated to build meaningful connections, continue developing life skills, expand his independence, and be part of a larger community.

This young man has a great sense of humor, a wide variety of interests, and a true passion for the performing arts. The ideal match would be someone he can view as a genuine housemate — ideally someone closer in age and/or an energetic, positive individual who shares similar interests and is enthusiastic about inclusion, as well as supporting and encouraging his passions – if you like Wallace & Gromit or Fred Astaire’s dance moves – this could be a great fit!

While not required, it would be especially helpful for the provider to have ties to or be based in Southern Berkshire County.
